Our retail sales associates' responsibilities include providing clients with outstanding customer service, suggestive selling, inventory (receiving and stocking), ecommerce, floral assistance, payment processing, etc. As a Southern Willow employee, you will be taught floral and wedding design, home staging and so much more.
Seasonal employees will be asked to work Oct-Dec, Feb, May & occasional wedding weekends for floral assistance.
